Admission Policy

The Department and Graduate School of Mathematics expect candidates who, starting from a solid mathematical background, wish to explore the boundaries of mathematics equipped with a broad knowledge of problems and avenues.

Admission Guidelines

Applications to the first round of examination for the Master Program will be accepted as follows

Application Period:: 1. Online Registration and Payment of Examination Fee
from June 9, 2023 to 15:00 (JST), July 6, 2023; 2. Submission of Application Documents
from June 23, 2023 to 16:00 (JST), July 6, 2023
Examination Date:: July 29–30, 2023
Selection Method:: Written examination (English, if desired, must be requested by June 12)
Announcement of Results:: 12:00 (JST) , August 1
