Registration
Advance registration is not necessary for this conference. Participants are asked to register at the registration desk in the conference hall after arrival. Registration fee is free.
Banquet
The Banquet will be at Mei-dining in Nagoya University Campus on Thursday, 14 November from 18:00. Banquet fee is JPY 5,000.
Excursion
Bus tour, visting the following 3 places, will be in the afternoon on Wednesday, 13 November from 13:00. Noritake Garden Atsuta Jingu Nagoya Castle Excursion fee is JPN 3,500, which includes a lunch box, rental bus and entrance fees.
Travel Information
Nagoya is located between Tokyo and Kyoto, 360km west of Tokyo. To reach Nagoya from overseas, one can either fly to Tokyo, Osaka, or directly to Nagoya.
