この度，第 5回幾何と解析セミナー (Geometry and Analysis Seminar，
通称 GAS)として，以下の連続講演を開催しますので，ご案内申し上げます．

題 目： Intrinsic metric on graphs
講 師： Matthias Keller 氏 (Univ. Jena)
日 時： 2015年5月7日（木）13:00 から15:30
場 所： 東北大学大学院情報科学研究科 ６階小講義室

Abstract: There are various results in Riemannian manifolds which are
consequences of the close relationship between the Laplace- Beltrami
operator and the Riemannian distance. For graphs many of these results
fail to be true if one considers the combinatorial graph distance.
 Now by using the concept of intrinsic metrics recently introduced
in the context of general regular Dirichlet forms by Frank/Lenz/Wingert
analogous results can be proven in the context of weighted graphs.
This solves various problems that have been open for several years
 and decades.
