That is fine with me, altough 2.0.0 would also have been ok (since gtk+
2.2 is not breaking any api compared to 2.0). Maybe we should begin with
2.0.0, and then 2.0.x will be non-api breaking changes compared to
2.0.0, and if for whatever reason you break the old API, especially in
the stub part, you bump to 2.1.x or 2.2.x or whatever.

You can also keep the 2.1.x for developpment releases or something such,
but maybe it is not worth it.

So you have no plans of bringing the lablgtk2 bindings to the same level
as the lablgtk1 ones ? 

I personally would be interested in the gnome part that enables you to
write dockable applets and such.
