Maybe we should begin with 2.0.0, and then 2.0.x will be non-api breaking changes compared to 2.0.0, and if for whatever reason you break the old API, especially in the stub part, you bump to 2.1.x or 2.2.x or whatever. So you have no plans of bringing the lablgtk2 bindings to the same level as the lablgtk1 ones ? I personally would be interested in the gnome part that enables you to write dockable applets and such.
