I am compiling a program under cygwin using the unison-supplied lablgtk port. All seems to work fine until I open a GEdit.text control. My windows 2000 is set to uk english and when I type £ my cursor starts to go backwards or I get newlines. I have a friend testing this in Germany and she gets similar results with umlauts etc... I expect there is a localisation or charset problem I am not aware of, although I might add, everything works perfectly in GEdit.entry controls. Can someone shed light on this, thanks Andrew __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send FREE Valentine eCards with Yahoo! Greetings! http://greetings.yahoo.com
