This looks like a locale problem. It thought is was solved in 2.10.2,
but if it pops up again the solution is to set GTK_SETLOCALE to 0 in
the environment. You can check the current locale by looking at
GtkInit.locale. The French locale is usually problematic, as it parses
floating point numbers in a different way.
