Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed Content-Length: 806 Serious ugliness... because there seem to be some "problems" with the available OCaml packages in the Yum repo, I am stitching things together the old fashioned way - or trying. But the configure script fails miserably, apparently getting so messed up because of some warnings from gcc (which is 4.1.1 by default?) NOT liking some "-mcpu" switch. Naturally, I have no clue where this switch is even coming from... sigh. While I realize that this ultimately has nothing to do with LablGTK, that *is* the package I am trying to build - any comments/pointers? This was easy to build on either FC5 (configure script and all) or Windows. Just using a newer compiler causing so much trouble suggests a certain fragility with this toolchain. :( Robert Roessler robertr@rftp.com http://www.rftp.com
